dc.description.abstract The current research project focuses on the perceptions of limiting factors to the development of basic writing skills in EFL learners at the elementary level, using the theoretical underpinnings of writers who are well-known locals and foreigners who have researched the process of teaching and learning a second language. The variables obtained will be thoroughly examined, and we will briefly summarize the students' concerns about writing skills. The main points of the research project are extracted from a context in which the teacher-student relationship is important, as well as the students' opinions about the monotonous lessons they receive, the lack of vocabulary they deal with, and the way they learn to develop their writing in English. es
