Abstract: Learning to work in pairs using the Collaborative Work method could be a fun technique. At the same time, the effects of group learning in promoting student motivation and engagement were a topic that did not receive much coverage. The present investigation used the qualitative research method and also aimed to learn about teachers' experiences and perspectives in teaching English in a real context. In addition, it sought to know the different ways or techniques to integrate 7th grade students through an enriching learning environment where everyone contributes ideas for the development and fulfillment of educational activities. The findings of this research provided valuable information to anyone interested in the method of collaborative work through the use of communication skills in 7th grade students.
