Resumen: Nowadays, English is a universal language. English and its 4 skills are really important to learn, especially speaking, which is the most important because we can communicate through this. This research paper was focused on developing the speaking skills of fifth-grade children at Unidad Educativa Carmen Montenegro de Obregon, academic period 2021. By using technological tools to learn English, students were able to develop and see a noticeable improvement in their speaking. The main problem is the lack of technological tools when teaching English. This project used a quantitative approach in the methodology to obtain all the information. Likewise, survey technique and instruments as questionnaires were used in this paper to gather relevant data. It is important to use modern technology tools to benefit the student’s education to increase their knowledge and skills development
