| dc.description | The present research aims to analyze the current situation on the application of academic tutoring in the Management Career at UPSE, and to determine the methodological process of application through the guidance system and the accompaniment of the learning subjects. The incorporated theoretical basisarises from the definitions of tutor, tutoring and tutoree as well assignificant experiences of actors in the Higher Education context, impact situations and results of tutoring activities. An exploratory research was applied through convenience sampling, determining the initial study of this professional-qualitative activity, considering the situational reality of the subject of study and the analysis procedure of the obtained data in bibliographical sources, compiling information on the application of academic tutoring in other contexts. The results of the study aim to incorporate thematic clusters of subjects, which according tot heir theoretical-practical nature require individual, group, face-to-face or virtual accompaniment, as well as the specific functions of teachers and students. | dc.description | La presente investigación tiene como objetivos analizar la situación actual de la aplicación de tutorías académicas en la Carrera de Administración de Empresas de la UPSE, y determinar proceso metodológico de aplicación mediante sistema de orientación y acompañamiento de los sujetos que aprenden. La literatura incorporada surge desde las definiciones básicas de tutor, tutoría y tutorado y experiencias significativas de actores en contextos de educación superior, situaciones de impacto y resultados de las actividades tutorales. Se aplicó investigación exploratoria a través de muestreo por conveniencia determinando el estudio inicial de esta actividad profesional, de carácter cualitativo considerando la realidad situacional objeto de estudio y el procedimiento de análisis de los datos obtenidos y en fuentes bibliográficas recopilando información de aplicación de tutorías académicas en otros contextos. Los resultados del estudio es incorporar núcleos temáticos de asignaturas, que por su naturaleza teórico-práctico requieren de un acompañamiento individual, grupal, presencial o virtual, como también las funciones específicas de docentes y estudiantes. Finalmente, se establecen las orientaciones fundamentales para el desarrollo y bienestar común académico. | es |
