dc.descriptionThe article that is presented part of the professional observation of the author, in which it is noted that some students have low academic results.  Among the possible causes, reflection has been given to the pedagogical care provided by teachers. Theoretical references establish the importance of good teaching pedagogical attention and its influence on the academic performance of students. So the goal of analyzing the influence of pedagogical attention on the academic performance of first-grade Students of Unified General High School. A mixed approach was used to investigate the characteristics of pedagogical care and results in students' academic performance, analyzing the relationships between the two variables. The scope of the research is descriptive, and the type of field and documentary research. Were used Theoretical, mathematical and empirical methods. Among them, observation, interviews and surveys for obtaining information. The result shows that the pedagogical attention teachers provide to students influences academic performance.en
dc.descriptionEl artículo que se presenta parte de la observación profesional del autor, en la que se constata que algunos estudiantes poseen bajos resultados académicos.  Dentro de las causas posibles se ha reflexionado acerca de la atención pedagógica que brindan los docentes. Los referentes teóricos establecen la importancia de una buena atención pedagógica docente y la influencia de esta en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes. El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar la influencia de la atención pedagógica en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de Primero de Bachillerato General Unificado. Se utilizó un enfoque mixto para indagar sobre las características de la atención pedagógica y los resultados en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes, analizando las relaciones entre ambas variables. El alcance de la investigación es descriptivo, y el tipo de investigación de campo y documental. Se emplearon métodos teóricos, matemáticos y empíricos. Entre ellos, la observación, entrevistas y encuestas para la obtención de la información. El resultado evidencia que la atención pedagógica que los docentes brindan a los estudiantes influye en el rendimiento académico.es
