Ergonomic risks evaluation in the stevedoring area and central panel monitoring, through rula and ocra methods, in Guapan industries

| dc.description | This article presents the evaluation of ergonomic risks in the areas of monitoring and stowage of central panel, of Industrias Guapán company, using the methods RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment)) and OCRA (Occupational Repetitive Action), applied to one work station, pretending to analyze the tasks of the post of stevedore of cement for the evaluation of the positions assumed by the worker during the implementation of the task. This will determine the ergonomic risks of each position and recommend measures to reduce ergonomic risks found; using methods completely experimental, with a field investigation, that allow to obtain effectively data to help you make decisions about the correct implementation of disaster mitigation plans, depending on the different risks valued at officials of the company. At the end is able to determine that: applying the method RULA it could be observed that the increased risk is at the level of forearm, wrist, trunk and neck, it is also necessary to purchase a support structure to raise the notebook to the proper height of the worker to avoid bending the neck; and, that through the method okra, it could be observed that there is a high risk by mechanical overload of the upper extremities, so it is recommended to immediate corrective actions | en |
| dc.description | El presente artículo presenta la evaluación de riesgos ergonómicos en las áreas de estibación y monitoreo de panel central, de la empresa industrias Guapán, utilizando los métodos RULA (Evaluación rápida de las extremidades superiores) y OCRA (Acción de trabajo repetitivo), aplicados a un puesto de trabajo, pretendiendo analizar las tareas del cargo de estibador del cemento para la evaluación de las posturas que asume el trabajador durante la ejecución de la tarea. De esta manera se logra determinar los riesgos ergonómicos de cada postura y recomendar medidas que permitan reducir los riesgos ergonómicos encontrados; mediante la utilización de métodos completamente experimentales, con una investigación de campo, que permiten obtener de manera eficaz datos que ayudan a tomar decisiones sobre la correcta implementación de planes de mitigación, en función de los diferentes riesgos valorados en los funcionarios de la empresa. Al final se logra determinar que: aplicando el método RULA se pudo observar que el mayor riesgo se encuentra a nivel de antebrazo, muñeca, tronco y cuello, también que es necesaria la adquisición de una estructura de soporte para elevar la portátil a la altura adecuada del trabajador para evitar la flexión del cuello; y, que mediante el método OCRA se pudo observar que existe un riesgo elevado por sobrecarga mecánica de las extremidades superiores por lo que se recomienda acciones correctivas inmediatas. | es |
