dc.descriptionThe objective of this article was to analyze the basic guidelines in the professional and labor profile of the personnel located in the Department of Human Resources of the Gabriel René Moreno Autonomous University, which is part of the public university system of Bolivia. The methodology that was applied was a five-question questionnaire, through the use of statistical tables made with the IBM-SPSS program; this with the objective of applying to later analyze the results and make a comparison of ideas and theories that have authors of books and experts in the area of ??professional and labor profiles in the field of Human Resources. The results that were found with this analysis were able to identify those specific guidelines by which they should be taken into account when performing an efficient management with the personnel located in the Human Resources area of ??the Gabriel René Moreno Autonomous University.en
dc.descriptionEl objetivo de este artículo, fue analizar los lineamientos básicos en el perfil profesional y laboral del personal situado en el Departamento de Recursos Humanos de la Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno, la cual es parte del sistema universitario público de Bolivia. La metodología que se aplicó fue un cuestionario de cinco preguntas, mediante el uso de tablas estadísticas hechas con el programa IBM-SPSS; esto con el objetivo de aplicar para posteriormente analizar los resultados y realizar una comparación de ideas y teorías que tienen autores de libros y conocedores del área de perfiles profesionales y laborales en el rubro de los Recursos Humanos. Los resultados que fueron encontrados con dicho análisis lograron identificar aquellos lineamientos específicos por los cuales se deben tomar en cuenta al momento de realizar una gestión eficiente con el personal ubicado en el área de Recursos Humanos de la Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno.es
