Abstract: This case study focuses on the problem of the relationship between the number of students in classes, motivation and the teaching of the English language in the classroom, in order to find a solution to improve said process. Following the exposed situation, a class plan is proposed that focuses on good classroom management and a suitable learning environment for the teaching-learning process.
