This article is the summary of an investigation that aims to establish whether there is a relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of service of the Educational Institution No. 101 “Shuji Kitamura” of the Santa Anita district in 2017. The approach of the Research is quantitative, the level is basic, the method is descriptive and the non-experimental design is descriptive correlational. The study is part of the teaching and administrative staff of the educational institution. As an instrument, the Likert scale questionnaire was used to collect information on the organizational climate variable and surveys with three alternatives to collect information on the educational service variable. Regarding reliability, it was ensured by means of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient for both the different groups and at their different times it takes values greater than 0.9 which indicates high reliability for the data collection instrument. The results allowed to affirm there is an association between the organizational climate variables and the quality of the educational service of the I.E. No. 101 "Shuji Kitamura" of the Santa Anita district, Lima, with a bilateral significance coefficient for the chi-square test of 0.013 indicated a strong association.
El presente artículo tiene como objetivo establecer la relación entre el clima organizacional y la calidad de servicio de la institución educativa N° 101 “Shuji Kitamura” del distrito de Santa Anita, Perú en el año 2017. Como instrumento, se utilizó el cuestionario de escala de Likert para acopiar datos de la variable clima organizacional y las encuestas con tres alternativas para recoger información de la variable servicio educativo. La metodología usada en el presente trabajo fue cuantitativa, de nivel básico; el método es descriptivo y el diseño no experimental descriptivo correlacional. La investigación se clasifica como transversal. Los resultados permiten afirmar que el clima organizacional influye significativamente en la calidad del servicio educativo de la I.E. N° 101 “Shuji Kitamura” del distrito de Santa Anita, Lima, con un coeficiente de significancia bilateral para la prueba Chi-cuadrado de 0.013 indicando una fuerte asociación. Se concluyó que existe relación directa y significativa entre el clima organizacional y la calidad de servicio de la Institución Educativa N° 101 “Shuji Kitamura” del distrito de Santa Anita en el año 2017.
