dc.descriptionThe research "The teacher as manager and the quality of the educational processes in the classroom of the police college in the constitutional province of Callao, Perú, 2018”, of correlational descriptive type, was based on the quantitative and cross-sectional approach, had as its general objective: Determine what is the relationship that exists between teacher as manager and the quality of the educational processes in the classroom at IE PNP Juan Ingunza Valdivia, Callao 2018, whose general hypothesis was: There is a significant relationship between the teacher as a manager and the quality of the educational processes in the classroom.The information was processed through two surveys to a sample of 64 teachers of the police college. Descriptive statistics.The results obtained in this investigation according to Spearman's Rho correlation showed a correlation coefficient = 0.250, with p = 0.046. Confirming that there is a direct and significant relationship with a low degree of association between the teacher as manager and the quality of the educational processes in the classroom of the police college in the constitutional province of Callao, Perú, 2018. We can conclude then that there is a relationship between the efficient performance of the teacher as a manager to achieve a good quality of the educational processes in the classroom.en
dc.descriptionLa investigación titulada: “El docente como gerente y la calidad de los procesos educativos en el aula de un colegio policial de la provincia constitucional del Callao, Perú, 2018”, fue de nivel descriptivo correlacional y se basó en un enfoque cuantitativo de corte transversal. El objetivo general consistió en determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre docente como gerente y la calidad de los procesos educativos en el aula en dicha institución educativa. Y la hipótesis general propuso la existencia de una relación significativa entre el docente como gerente y la calidad de los procesos educativos en el aula. La información fue procesada a través de dos encuestas a una muestra de 64 docentes de una institución educativa policial. Se realizó la estadística descriptiva e inferencial obteniéndose los resultados según la correlación de Rho de Spearman = 0,250, con un p = 0,046. Confirmándose que existe una relación directa y significativa con un grado de asociación bajo entre el docente como gerente y la calidad de los procesos educativos en el aula de un colegio policial de la provincia constitucional del Callao, Perú, 2018.es
