dc.descriptionIn this research, the relevance of linguistic tourism as an alternative for its diversification in the Salinas canton was analyzed, it was sought to define the importance of language for the tourism sector. There are several languages in the world, Spanish is one of the most difficult to learn, therefore. The investigation is based on those who say that it is used as a means to attract tourists interested in mastering the language. In addition, the current tourism supply and demand were studied in order to understand reality. The research is exploratory and not experimental, the facts were recorded at the time they occurred to later suggest a proposal that contributes to changes in tourism in the Salinas canton, an activity that generates new sources of employment, a process in which sources were used. primary and secondary. The results indicate that currently in the Salinas Spa there is no language tourism offered, a proposal based on a Spanish language teaching program that encourages the influx of tourists is recommended for future research, thus the development of the Salinas canton will be made viable, not only in tourist aspects but also in economic, social and cultural aspects.en
dc.descriptionExisten diversos idiomas en el mundo, el español es uno de los más difíciles de aprender, por lo que esta investigación se fundamenta en quienes dicen que se lo utilice como un medio para atraer turistas interesados en el dominio de este. En la presente investigación se analizó la relevancia del turismo lingüístico como alternativa para su diversificación en el cantón Salinas, se definió la importancia de la lengua para el sector turístico. Además, se estudió la oferta y la demanda del turismo actual con la finalidad de comprender la realidad de su entorno. El estudio fue exploratorio y no experimental, los hechos se registraron en el momento en que ocurrieron para luego sugerir una propuesta que contribuya a cambios en el turismo del cantón, actividad generadora de nuevas fuentes de empleo, proceso en el que se usó fuentes primarias y secundarias. Los resultados indican que actualmente en el balneario de Salinas no se oferta el turismo idiomático, se recomienda para futuros estudios una propuesta basada en un programa de enseñanza del idioma español que incentive la afluencia de turistas, lo que viabilizará el desarrollo del cantón, no solo en aspectos turísticos sino también en el económico, social y cultural.es
