dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, learning a foreign language is very important. Around the world, there are some opportunities in different fields. This research aims to analyze the use of didactic resources to improve English language learning through Phonetics. By means of the literary analysis is knowing and promote the use of Phonetics as a useful tool in the learning process of the English language. In the Unidad Educativa Peninsula de Santa Elena where the research was developed applying a mixed method to obtain and interpret the results in order to validate the problem and find an alternative solution. The study is descriptive and bibliographic in nature, which helped in the development of the research. The development of the concept about the importance of phonetics in the learning process is related to various authors who mention and ratify this statement. The data was collected through a survey, in which the students expressed their interest in improving their pronunciation. Likewise, it emphasizes the use of didactic resources to support the activities that are implemented for learning the English language. Within the Methodological Framework you can find authors who mention the importance of phonetics as part of learning the English language. Therefore, the purpose of this research is: to find the necessary bases that allow the student to know phonetics. As well as, a proposed alternative is given, which will contribute to the development of pronunciation in a significant way. This proposal will give the student a different way of learning about phonetics and this in the long term will generate good results in the teaching-learning process. Thus, the first baccalaureate students will have a tool to help them in their academic training process. | es |
