Abstract:
The main objective in this study was to construct a Didactic Guide based on the Callan approach that
would enable students to acquire new English vocabulary connected to the business and sales environment to seniors at the Unidad Educativa "Ancón". They would learn sales English vocabulary during the school year 2021-2022 as part of this initiative. During the course of the investigation, a variety of tools were employed to achieve this goal. For the purpose of gathering information about the students' learning process, it was decided to employ the quantitative technique. According to the quantitative technique and surveys provided to the students, it was concluded that the students had a low English language level, especially in the business area. In conjunction with the information acquired, and in order to meet the needs of the students, a proposal was developed, and with the support of Callan method activities, the production of a Didactic guidebook for senior students was developed. Teachers seeking a better understanding of sales-oriented language will find this guide extremely useful, as will students seeking a fresh method to study English and the potential to make a profit because of the widespread usage of English in everyday life.
